WebApr 4, 2024 · Since I’m trying to get back to my normal weight and get summertime fine, I figured I would challenge myself for the next two months to motivate myself to get back to running. So, I’ve decided that every day in April and May, I am doing 50 pushups, 50 crunches, 50 squats, and 50 calf raises to push myself to get back into shape. Yikes.
