WebIonic gate spectroscopy is a newly developed technique that exploits ionic gate field-effect transistors to determine quantitatively the relative alignment of band edges of two-dimensional semiconductors in a straightforward way, directly from transport measurements (i.e., from the transistor electrical characteristics).
