Depending on the version of windows you are running, this can be fixed by enabling the group policy Local Computer Policy > Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Filesystem > NTFS > Enable NTFS long paths. The result should be something like this: RedirectFiles=C:\ModOrganizer\mods\FNIS_Output WebYou need to use HttpServerUtility.MapPath which will turn the ~/ portion of the path in to the real location it resildes on your hard drive. So that would change your code to (assuming you are in one of the IIS classes that expose a Server property to it's methods)

For me, it is within the SteamApps\common\SkyrimSpecialEdition folder.
