Two of the inspection cover screws are 5/8" long and two are 2 1/2" long. I have my originals in a bag in the garage and just measured them so I'm not guessing. These are off a Wide Glide, but the Softail primary cover is the same. All are 1/4-20 as Ed said. Ask for stainless socket head cap screws.
